Tonight’s guest had his Dogman encounter under some pretty extreme circumstances. He had his encounter just after midnight, in September 2018, during a hurricane. Making matters worse, the Dogman he encountered came after him. When I spoke with him, about his encounter, I could tell that he was shaken by the elements of his encounter that normally rattle almost all eyewitnesses.
